    Monday, May 13 $25 Prix Fixe Menu

    Happy Monday! We just rolled out a new dinner menu this weekend, and here is tonight’s weekly $25 3-course Tasting Menu. Course One: Cauliflower Torte A dense sliver of house-made pastry, baked cauliflower, gold potato, sweet onions, sharp Vermont cheddar and a truffle drizzle. OR Warm Spinach & Bacon Salad Dijon bacon vinaigrette, sliced red onion, crimini mushrooms.

    Course Two: Wild Mushroom "Cannellono" house-made black pepper pasta rolled and baked with wild mushroom, sautéed baby spinach, Feta cheese, butternut mascarpone cream, rosemary foccacia. OR Cornmeal Dusted Sole Local red flint cornmeal dusted sole filet, sage brown butter, chef's vegetable and three cheese polenta.

    Course Three: Key Lime Pie OR Olive Oil Sponge Cake with Smashed Berries

Note that Zampa’s standard menu & specials are always availabe. Course One: Limoncello Cured Salmon with sea salted cucumbers, dill mascarpone cream, fried capers, toasted crostini Or Asparagus Tart with lemon mushroom cream Course Two: Beef Matambre – Argentine style braised beef roulade with fresh herb chimmichurri OR English Pea Ravioli with truffle butter, shaved Asiago & fresh mint, apple wood smoked lardons, Grana chesse, grilled rosemary foccacia Course Three: Classic Key Lime Pie Or Creole Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce

    Monday, March 11 Prix Fixe Tasting Menu/ 3 Courses for $25

    COURSE ONE New England Clam Chowder with foccacia crouton. OR Spinach Salad baby spinach, watermelon radish batons, grilled poached pear, honey, extra virgin olive oil, candied pumpkin seeds.

    COURSE TWO Sole Piccata Pan-fried flour-dredged sole, sweet shallots, white wine caper butter, chef's vegetable, country smashed potatoes. OR Spring is Around the Corner "Primavera" house-made fettuccine, sun-dried tomatoes, wild mushrooms, braised green kale, shaved carrots, herb shallot parmesan cream, grilled rosemary foccacia.

    COURSE THREE Chocolate Graham Crusted Peanut Butter Pie OR Key Lime Pie

    Cured Salmon & Romaine Salad with red onion and fried capers, citrus vinaigrette.

    COURSE TWO Cajun Fried Catfish Panko encrusted and Cajun spiced Atlantic catfish, remoulade sauce, pickled jicama carrot slaw, chef's vegetable, country potato smash. OR

    Herb Grilled Chicken Statler cut chicken breast, mango grilled pineapple chutney, chef's vegetable, country potato smash.
