sweet onions, sharp Vermont cheddar and a truffle drizzle.
Warm Spinach & Bacon Salad Dijon bacon vinaigrette, sliced red onion, crimini mushrooms.
Wild Mushroom "Cannellono" house-made black pepper pasta rolled and baked with
wild mushroom, sautéed baby spinach, Feta cheese, butternut mascarpone cream, rosemary foccacia.
Cornmeal Dusted Sole Local red flint cornmeal dusted sole filet, sage brown butter,
chef's vegetable and three cheese polenta.
